Hi, I am Dominic! I would call myself the joint between your business, your IT and your people!

With extensive experience in laws and psychology, I specialized in guiding complex projects and endeavours – always caring about goals and the people reaching for them!
This world is complex and I know that it needs an overarching mindset. That is why I explicitly concentrated on various trainings and formed a widespread skillset. Because there is no simple answer to complex questions, the worlds asks us!

Workplace Psychology and Leadership/Organizational Development

As Workplace, Organization and Leadership Psychologist, I know that the most important and complex resource a company has, are the people.
From change projects, digital transformations, leadership trainings and coachings, up to performance management and management models, my focus has always been the joint between management and people!
And I know there is no excuse, when it comes to make our people feel seen and give them opportunity to evolve.
From projects, leadership, organizational transformations to personal, leadership and business coaching, I am always setting my priorities: the human evolvement and enablement!

Business Analysis / Process-/Project-Management

From digitization projects, digital transformations,
implementations of internal, cooperate or legal frameworks (SOx, ERM, ISO), up to change projects, organizational changes (matrix organization, team implementations), my goal is to find and see the root of requirements and implement them with all hands on deck by motivating project teams and transparently explain the requirements to the senior management.
In the past, my customers appreciated the connection of business requirements, efficiency projects and people’s development. I can proudly say: In all changes, I never lost one soul – although automation hit up to 85%!

Regulatory Management

In political commissions, on the stages of Governments, in the risk committees of banks and private organizations – even in mediation of individual conflicts, all have one in common:
The need for structured analysis of legal requirements and the association with people.
As legal professional and psychologist, I bring legal
requirements and people efficiently together!
The result is motivation, rather than conflict. As I am a trained legal professional, I also do not fear the in-depth analysis of legal frameworks and the open debate about the senseful implementation.

IT-Management and IT-Security

By implementing and transforming IT departments, and being their leader, trainer and coach, I acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the field of IT-Management and IT-Security.
I may not be a developer, but I can see and stimulate the big picture including automation and regulatory setup of running our systems!
